Shipping

Orders will be processed within 1-2 days of order placement. Once the order has shipped, the customer will receive tracking information via email. We are unable to ship to APO/FPO or PO Box addresses. Please note that some orders may not ship in full; those backordered items will be shipped separately at a later date. For updates on backordered items, please feel free to contact customer service for further information.

US SHIPPING RATES

All ground domestic orders are shipped via UPS or USPS and should be received within 1-3 business days after processing. Expedited shipping is available at the expense of the customer. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Saturday delivery is only available if prearranged with Customer Service.

Return/Exchange

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please follow our guidelines for returns/exchanges:

  • All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt. Returns sent after this time will not be honored.
  • The merchandise must be in its original condition and unworn.
  • We do not refund shipping charges.
  • We do not accept returns/exchanges on custom-made products, special orders and sale merchandise. These sales are final.
  • We are not responsible for damages that occur during the care of an item, such as dry cleaning, washing or normal wear.

Please be advised that items that do not conform to the above guidelines are not returnable. They will be returned to you at your expense.

TIPS ON SENDING THE PERFECT RETURN PACKAGE:

      • Send via USPS or UPS to our Rockville warehouse.
      • Package your return carefully, as we cannot return or exchange items that arrive damaged due to poor packaging.

DAMAGED/INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, you must notify us via email within 5 business days of receiving the merchandise. Please keep the original box and packaging materials in the case of damage. Please use the enclosed free prepaid return label. A replacement will be sent, if available, upon receipt – with the condition that the merchandise has not been worn or washed with all the tags attached.
